Disc Top Cap

A disc cap, also known as a flip-top cap or snap-top cap, is a type of closure commonly used in the packaging industry. It consists of a disc-shaped top that is attached to a hinge and a cylindrical neck that is threaded to fit onto a container. When the cap is closed, the disc top snaps shut to cover the opening of the container.

Disc caps are commonly made of plastic, and they come in a variety of sizes and colors to suit different container types and aesthetic preferences. They are often used for personal care and household products such as shampoo, lotion, and cleaning solutions.

One advantage of disc caps is their ease of use - the flip-top design allows for quick and easy access to the product inside, without the need to unscrew a traditional screw-on cap. They also provide a tight seal to help prevent leakage and maintain product freshness.

To use a disc cap, the user simply needs to flip open the disc top to access the product inside, and then snap the top back into place to close the container. Some disc caps may have additional features, such as a locking mechanism or a tamper-evident seal, to provide extra security and prevent unauthorized access or product tampering.
